Telephone DRO with CAB - What to expect?

I have been put forward to speak to telephone DRO/Dept assessor next week.

How quickly will things happen after the phone call?

Anyone got any experience of this? I've got everything in place for the call, I just want to get the DRO processed asap.

Did they give you a reason why they need to speak to you ?
