PLASTERING: Quote fair on 42 sqm bathroom?

Hi all,

I have a bathroom which walls need to be plastered (the room is 'C' shaped). The total area is roughly about 40 sqm and I have been quoted £800 to take it back to brick and re-plaster it. I am based in south London, within the M25.

Does this seem like a reasonably fair quote to you guys?

Please feel free to ask if you think I should provide more info :)

    The quote seems reasonable.

    As it's back to bare brick, you'll need to use a bonding agent coat and a finishing skim coat.

    £20/m2 especially in your area seems fair price.
