trying to find out about doing an intensive course.

Found one which has a beginners couple of days followed by an intermediate week and then a 4 week basic cookery diploma that achieves an NVQ level 3 .

An intense 6 weeks on a live in basis.

Sounds brilliant .. extremely expensive !!

Anyone any experience of these ..or ideas/ recommendations ?
