They've never mentioned putting details on a card and putting them in an envelope, so just putting your details on the reverse of a postcard is sufficient :beer:

In time-honoured fashion, I always jot my details on the back of a (sealed) envelope and use it as a postcard. Poundshops are handy for self-seal lightweight stationery.
