I strongly suspect that BT's sudden wish to sign people up pronto has everything to do with Hyperoptic turning up offering 100mb on 12 month contracts no data limits for £29/mth.
I now have 2 hubs is the old one good for anything?0 -

Phoned them up to see if they could do any better than the Virgin offer of £27 a month for 12 months and the guy said the best he could do was the same £30.99 on a 12 month contract. Clearly they can do better than that then if they're offering you £26.99 a month
My renewal offer was £32.48 for 18 months. Wasn't interested in 18 months as free Caller ID is only for 12 months so that puts it out of sync. I didn't bother phoning either as I'm still 2 months from end of minimum contract.0 -
that 26.99 offer was in my offers page online.
was paying 31.99 with 9 months of my current contract to go
i took up the 26.99 offer.
no doubt was a mistake online by BT (on my offers page)
happy as had no problems whatsoever since switching broadband from sky to bt (apart from the shambolic 1970s customer service)0 -
that's a really good offer. I'm on a similar one, £28.99 for 12 months nd free BT Sport package for 12 months, though but it took a lot of calling up Retentions before I finally got this offer0

I'm hoping for something similar when my current BT Infinity deal runs out in November time.0

I'm paying £39.49 for Infinity at the moment, having missed an MSE deal they charged me slightly more thatn the deal (can't remember the specifics now) but for the supposedly better Infinity hub which was an upgrade from the Smart hub.... as I write I'm getting 0.6Mbps and am currently engaged in a long and annoying dispute with BT over the appalling service I'm receiving and their inability to deal with it (despite telling me otherwise) so personally I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot poleSPCNo.17 #20 (16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)0
