Terms and Conditions

1. By signing up to receive National Express offers and news, you will automatically be entered into a monthly prize draw to win £250.
2. One winner will be selected from the National Express email subscriber list each month.
3. Email subscribers will need to remain opted in to be entered into the monthly draw.
4. Each draw will close at midnight on the last day of each calendar month.
5. The winner will be selected during the first week of each calendar month.
6. The winner will be selected at random, the adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Once the winner is selected we will arrange for a cheque to be issued to the value of £250 and sent by recorded delivery to the address supplied by the winner.
8. The winner will notified of their prize via the email address submitted.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.
10. Employees of National Express, their families, related companies, agencies or their associated companies are not eligible to participate in the competition.
11. Only one (1) entry is allowed per entrant.
12. There are no cash alternatives and we have the right to change or withdraw this competition at any time.
13. No purchase is necessary.
14. National Express accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded.
