instant porridge flavourings suggestions pls

I have been making my own instant porridge to take to work. I am looking for some dried ingredients to add some flavour to it, the only thing I can think of is cinnamon. The pots in the shops have some lovely sounding flavours I am wondering how they get those flavourings eg honey and vanilla using dried ingredients?…

I just chop a banana and a spoonful of honey into mine. Pot honey is cheaper than squirty I think.
