Hi All
Have been looking to place £10k in a savings bond.In simple terms, Eclips Property Bond via Crown Fortune brokers is offering 8% pa for up to 10 years.
Seems very good but i am also looking for security.
Anyone know them?
Thanks in advance

Google knows them. Eclips Property Bond Ltd was first registered on the 25 September 2014, just 5 weeks ago. The only director is one "Pace Massimo" of Flat 398 Neutron Tower London E14 9GW. Perhaps you know him??
Neutron Tower appears to be a development of 1 bedroomed flats available for rent for £1K-£2K/week.
The company's address is 43-45 Portman square London, this provides serviced and "virtual" offices. I guess EPBL has one of the latter.
Oddly enough neither Mr Massimo nor Eclips seem to be registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. EPBL doesnt seem to have a website. Crown Fortune Brokers are also unknown to the FCA and it seems to Google.
One wonders how you came across EPBL0 -
If it's unregulated how much of the money do you think you'll get back?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

I'm not sure I could stand the suspense waiting 10 years for them to report backRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Living for tomorrow might mean that you survive the day after.
It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.
Portfolios are like personalities - one that is balanced is usually preferable.
