I had problems keeping up payments to Littlewoods and they instructed a firm called NDR to act. I have never actually made any agreement with either them or Littlewoods as regards to payment.
Every time I get a statement from Littlewoods they have added £15 for administration charges. I have lost count of the letters I have written to them disputing these charges. Last month I worked out what I owed less any extra charges and it came to £35. I paid them £50 and wrote a letter to them and NDR saying I had paid £50 in full and final settlement. I have heard nothing from Littlewoods but yesterday had a letter from NDR stating I still owe £65! I really do not see why I should have to pay the extra charges - £15 a month for what exactly? What do you think I should do?
