send a subject access request to them with a 10 pounds postal order/cheque, they may ask you to prove your identity i.e. utility bill etc.
You will need to the account number and ask for six years of charges etc, from when you found out the charges were unlawful. They have 40 days to comply with this request under data protection laws.Wishing you a lucky 2023: 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀0 -

Abbey may or may not send all statements at first, post again if they give you the microfiche argument, send it recorded delivery and track it and print out a receipt.Wishing you a lucky 2023: 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀0 -

You need to start by reading Martin's article and you'll find the template letters there with the step by step guide and the addresses are in the Reclaim Help Thread which you'll find linked in my signature.0 -

Hi, I had a Nationwide Flexaccount but closed it myself about a year and a half ago. I was charged many times.
Can I claim back charges for an account that doesnt exist anymore?
Cheers
