Experian - Lost credit cards

Hi there,
Wondering if anyone can help. I hadn't logged into my Experian credit report since before Christmas as I spent some money on my credit card and wanted to avoid looking at it online. I just logged in this morning to find that my 2 credit card reports are not showing up at all. Does anyone know why this is? I still have access to them and have not had any letters and the weird thing is that my score has not changed dramatically either even though there is only one HP loan on it.
Thanks in advance.

Did they previously report to Experian? Have you checked your other files?
Nothing weird about the score changing or not. It's made up, either way.0 -
Hi zx81, thank you for replying,
Yes previously both my credit cards were showing right up until before Christmas. It also said one of the accounts I have is over 117 months old which is my credit card.
I sometimes wonder if it is worth paying the £9.99 each month but it kinda gives me piece of mind that I can see, usually all my credit on it.0 -
