Are there any grants for getting rid of the old metal single glazed windows in the Essex (or nationwide) area?

Worth asking though as one of the guys who was giving us quotes mentioned there was one but was vague on details. Didn't like him or his quote, was a bit shifty so I don't think I'll be putting business his way.Tim0 -
Always go with the small independant companies, the biggies
are always more expensive.
And get 3 quotes as well as previous customer recommendationsmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

This only covers loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and draught proofing. Not Double Glazing.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
