    I already have:
    - Santander Super Fixed Rate Monthly Saver (Issue 9) 6%, pay £250 monthly.
    - HSBC RSA 4%, I pay £250.00 monthly
    - Principality BS, One Year Regular Saver Bond Issue 10, 4%, I pay £500.00 monthly
    - Furness BS Monthly Saver 4%, I pay £250.00 monthly
    - Scottish BS, regular bonus saver 4%, I pay £400.00 monthly

I am trying to ditch 4% APR deal as much as I can. I have tried to open multiple accounts but it is not allowed for all the RSA that I have mentioned above.

I am living in North West Areas, so it is not possible to open the one which require to open it in their branches where there is not any branches in my close proximity.

Apart from the above, Is there any other RSA deal you could suggest I could open to get 4% APR ?.

    Thank you for your time.

5% APR is the best we could get for RSA as far as I am aware
Is it still open for new application for this RBS 5% RSA ?
Where could I get info on the internet?
You saw that account on a thread started in 2009, it's no longer available, having been withdrawn on 19/09/2009.....

    Surely having posted here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=608697
, you have actually looked at the lists of accounts that Special_Saver2 kindly spends time updating and been able to find out the answer to your question for yourself?

Has anyone else signed up for this? I just activated mine yesterday.

Looks like a very good product if you already bank with First Direct. No fees either unlike the HSBC equivalents.

I suspect so, as there's a 3 page thread on the account here - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=2830388

In October, my regular saver expired at 5%, and I renewed. The rate then was 5%.

I found out today that on 31 October, the rate then rose to 8%.

This morning, I cancelled my old account (forgoing the interest) but I'm still better off. You'll have to check for your own circumstances, but if you've paid in the max each month, if you've paid in less that 8 months, it looks like you're better off ditching the old account.

Amount Deposited 5% accrued 8% accrued
    300 £1.25 £2.00
    600 £3.75 £6.00
    900 £7.50 £12.00
    1200 £12.50 £20.00
    1500 £18.75 £30.00
    1800 £26.25 £42.00
    2100 £35.00 £56.00
    2400 £45.00 £72.00
    2700 £56.25 £90.00
    3000 £68.75 £110.00
    3300 £82.50 £132.00
    3600 £97.50 £156.00

The mathematics of ditching the 5% for the 8% FD Regular saver account is covered on this thread which Baldur has alraedy mentioned earlier.

I'm new here so I may have missed a previous reply. My wife just opened a Santander 4% account which states 13 months payments, as in your best savings. I've opened a number of these and studied many more and have never seen one with more than 12 months(maturing on 13 months) I have queried this a couple of times with Santander only to be read what's on the website. I think someone may have been confused with the 13 month term of the saver. To add to the confusion scroll down the Santander site to the "how is interest paid" section and it states - "for example, if you saved £100 a month for the whole 12 month term of the account , you would get back your deposits totaling £1200(12x£100)etc...If they are wrong I think I will hold Santander to this offer.

This is Santander you are talking about - their Monthly Saver paperwork has always been somewhat confusing and/or contradictory.

The paperwork I have for Issue 12 is confusing in just the way you suggest (references to both "fixed for 12 months from account opening" and maturing after 13th payment). The latter is correct, although I would advise making sure you are able to keep tabs on the account just in case (I do so by keeping an ESaver live with a nominal balance so that I can see the Fixed Rate Monthly Saver transactions and balance online).

As my RS is due to mature in March, I rang to check that I had made the 12 payments and was told that this will continue at the same rate for another year. This is because the Coventry and Stroud systems have not yet merged completely and existing customers will be allowed to continue as there is nothing currently comparable with the Coventry. They will not be writing to let you know however!!!
