Well - the weather people got it totally wrong! It's been and
still is a beautiful day - sun is still shining away - absolutely
glorious - lovely and warm too!

I reckon cos it's a Bank Holiday weekend they chuck
everything in the pot just in case! :rotfl::rotfl:

The rain is most welcome to visit through the night
though when I'm tucked up in bed :whistle: and maybe
tomorrow cos I've got things to do indoors!

Have been out gardening for a good part of the day,
just going to start preparing my dins now ready to eat
later.

have cut quite a lot of rosemary to dry & basil leaves
are ready :dance: love them with tomatoes
& specially on top of pizza:drool:
would be nice to have a drop of rain tonight to
top up water butts

no cooking for me tonight as going to watch BGT &
have a takeaway

Its been nice here too so we've sorted the garage out and me and hubby doing a car bootsale tomorrow. Hope the weather stays nice though!

I agree with you about the weather predictions though Alfie, you can never believe them and you know what it's like on a bank holiday!

Fire**fly I bet you make lovely pizzas with sun dried tomatoes and basil on top! I bought a cheap one with sun dried tomatoes and basil on from tescos which was only 84p and it was lovely! Gonna look out for it again next time

How did DD do on her highers Sheils? Hope everything went ok. My DD is still doing her GCSE's but she's looking forward to her Prom end of June. She went for a makeup/hair trial today and she looked stunning

I hadn't realised it was almost end of month indie until I read your post! It feels like may only started last week!

I'm just watching BGT too. I like Beau and Jazmine, they have a nice voice. Not sure if I want another dog act to win!

Nice to hear from you wingo. Hope GCSEs going ok for DD.
My DD has one Higher left to do on 1st June and thinks the rest went OK. She only needs another B and C out of the 3 she sat as she got some last year. She is off to Portugal the following week with her bf and won't get results until August.

It's going to be another gorgeous weather day here

but .... I should really catch up with things indoors!

I thought BGT was the best ever last night. :T

Tremendous effort by all and very well done to the
winner! Well deserved - now his performance did bring a
tear to my eye.

I'm sure the Queen will be delighted
to see him perform at the Royal Variety Performance. :T

Also thought the performance before the winners were
announced was spectacular - massive well done to
Ashley Banjo for orchestrating it! :T:T:T
