    Was thinking I might gat a Hawaii today till some clouds appeared in the morning. In the end the afternoon was worse than the morning. Finished with:

    Best day of the week,
    Best day of the month,
    Best day of the year,
    Best day since 10 Sept 14smiley-dance006.gif

    Ended with 4.75 O's (18.90 kWh)
    3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds

    Really surprised by today's gen, thought it was more cloudy than sunny.

    16.2kWh/ 4.05 O's.
    4kw (16X250w Sharp). Samil Solar River 3680 TL inverter.
    E.mids/SSE. 35 degree roof pitch, no shading.

    Far too many clouds for my liking! Generation was all over the place today.

  • A beautiful morning here on the south downs - not a cloud until noon. 5.5 Os today - best this year!
    And just to make the day perfect, the electrician who's rewiring the kitchen lights drilled through a bathroom waste pipe in the ceiling and deposited its contents on the floor below. Hopefully the plumber will come tomorrow morning and fix it, and the sun will shine once more.

    Wow, what a difference from yesterday. I'm not in Hawaii territory yet but 4.06 Os is the best result for a long time.
    2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.
