    Manic Monday- Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clear and wipe those surfaces, even if around things!
    Level Two
    Clean floors
    Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, wipe any spills
    Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)
    Level Three
    Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
    Wipe & replace small appliances such as kettle, toaster etc (wipe under too, especially the toaster!)
    Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances, don't forget those kick boards
    Check those washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker hood and dishwasher filters

    Extra tasks if you want to do more
    • Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    • Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps
    • Clean the inside of cupboard doors
    • Clean oven if you didn't do it last week
    • Clean one cupboard out, what is that in there? anything out of date? Sort through it and clean it before putting everything back

    Christmas Extras
    • Finalise those last minute presents you have to buy..
    • Post all the cards you need to post
    • Wrap all the presents for family/friends
    • Finalise shopping orders/lists for your christmas food shop.. remember shops are only closed for one day!!!!

    I'm in - for both this week and the ironing challenge too.

    The run up to DD2's birthday plus a monster of a cold mean that the ironing has gone to pot!

    Off to grab breakfast - then on to the ironing...

    NEED TO DO THRU WEEK JOBS...
    give patio a good tidy up and decking as windy weather has trashed it with leaves etc.

    I've stripped DS2's bed and put WM on. Shower next and then phone school.

    Thanks for the list Natty and Dusty for last week's. I'm in again. I love the idea of finalising Christmas arrangements - I haven't started! I started squirrelling stuff away a few weeks ago, and now can't find most of it. I have yet to write a single card and have missed the deadline for the BFPO and the USA cards already. S'pose I better do them today, if I can find the cards I bought in the January sales.

    Sorry to hear about your toothache Ionafan, and Happy Birthday to all of those who are racking up another year.
    Better is good enough.

    Thanks Mumto5 getting a bit worried about DS3 now since the Scarlet Fever in the summer he has had a chesty virus, tonshellitis and now another sore throat. I'm giving it two days then back to the GP. Thanks for the coat link, I've ordered a couple from BHS to try on DS2, wish I'd paid extra for next day delivery with the cold weather.

    I've S&S bathroom and shower room
    emptied and reloaded WM
    cooked scotch pancakes for DS2
    Tidied LR
    Wrapped one more present

    Hoovering and mopping next

    hi all, im in again this week please,

    so far this morning i have :
    fed LO bfast and got him dressed and took to preschool
    cleared dog poop !!
    decluttered loads of cups of teas
    done the food shop (being delivered tomoz between 8-9pm)
    partly tidied the LR xx
