I use the Mayflower brand available in Home Bargains0

Mayflower or Goldfish brands are good. Stir fry your meat and vegetables and add some paprika, garlic and curry powder then when cooked add the curry sauce.0

We always use Goldfish Brand when we make a curry. Having said that, we havent made a curry for ages.0

I use Bisto granules and add some chilli powder.0

We've tried a few and have found Maysan to be the best by far - tastes just like takeaway curry. We can get it at our local market and a few independent shops, or failing that it's available on Amazon. I would recommend the extra hot.0

McDonnells - "Irish Curry" sauce powder can be found in certain discerning shops. Its not just as good as the chippers, it is the same stuff they sell commercially and it is also one of the best sauces of its sort.
You can also get in 1.5-5kg buckets online if you really like your curry and chips!
And if you want a passable alternative to German Currywurst sauce, try mixing a desert spoon of medium curry powder into a serving of "British Sweet Curry Sauce" or Curry Ketchup - very effective! Real foodies can also add some finely chopped onion.0 -
