Court is no big deal. A room, a table and chairs, a man in a suit. No wigs, no gowns, no lecterns, no flags, no shouty drama queens. The judge will probably be on your side anyway. Demanding over £1,000 for a few overstays in a shopping precinct car park, only in Rip Off Britain, it's surreal.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

They will still be easily able to identify you (dated letter listing all your tickets/location/amount claimed, dated letter from you etc etc)DiegoFuego wrote: »Thank you. Ok. I will take them down. I only put them up as I was advised to.
How will you all be able to help without knowing what they have written though? Because I need to reply to their most recent letter in the next week or so.

Just copy and paste the text or make sure the photo is truly anonymous and they cannot look it up in their files and thus identify you1

Hi all
Is there further information about this situation that you need? To clarify, currently I need some assistance in looking at the response from SCS and crafting a suitable reply. The sticky thread responding to LBAs is apparently out of date so if there's an updated response that I should craft, please let me know.
