    Is the covering letter the part talking about opposing the special directions for a oral hearing. I have already written this on the form as it says in Bargepoles post in the newbies thread?

    Yes in a way, you can just note it on the DQ N180, but a covering letter looks better because you can write robustly and tell Gladstones that the claim is misconceived, bound to fail, and rattle their cage a bit to discontinue.

    If you just put notes on a DQ, Gladstones won't give it a second glance and the steamroller continues!

    Could do with some more help. Have a feeling I've messed this entire thing up. If I upload some photos would someone care to have a look and advise on whats best?

    To cut it short I've not read something on the paperwork and now have a feeling I'm heading down the paper hearing route even though I objected the special directions?
