No reason why not. My reference book says it may dry out a bit and recommends freezing in gravy but that's the only caveat.

I've just frozen whole cooked one for cassoulet next week!

I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...

I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!

Yep, I'm another one who freezes duck - the meat is a little "greasier" than some others, and I find this helps to keep it moist when freezing...although freezing in a gravy would probably be no bad idea, as it would give a ready made "sauce" when de-frosting...

    Hi there

I also freeze leftover duck - if we have it for Sunday roast - then its leftover roasted meat. its good reused once thawed in strong flavoured sauces - like sweet and sour or plum sauce - asian style with rice.
