The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland who are subscribers to SPLENDA® online Sweet Talk who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Nutritionals Limited and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
Only one entry per person per draw is allowed.
No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prize.
There will be a prize draw every week for 12 weeks from 3rd August 2012 until 26th October 2012.
There are 12 prizes, 1 per week, each consisting of either 6 x 125 SPLENDA® Granulated or 6 x 300 SPLENDA® Sweet Minis Tablets. Each winner may choose whether to receive SPLENDA® Granulated or SPLENDA® Sweet Minis Tablets.
One winner will be drawn within 28 days of each closing date; 11.59pm on day 7 of each week from the Start Date to the Closing Date, from all valid entries received since the last draw or, in the case of the first draw, from the Start Date.
The winners will be drawn under independent supervision from valid entries and notified by email within 7 days of the relevant draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available from the Promoter on written request by sending an email to info@splenda.co.uk within 3 months after the Closing Date.
At the Promoter’s discretion another prize of equivalent or greater value may be substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the Promoter is unable to offer the intended prize(s).
