Housing Association

I don't claim any benefits and work full time. My sons girlfriend stays at our house quite a lot, I have been told this could be a problem if the housing association knew about it. Is there any truth in that?

There could possibly be a clause in your tenancy agreement which requires you to notify them of any additional occupiers. Otherwise, it's none of their business, the HA is just your landlord.0

I work for a Housing Association and can tell you that this is no problem whatsoever. She could even move in and you not tell them, whilst they'd like to know there's nothing they can do about it. You don't claim benefits, pay your rent and don't upset the neighbours I presume so happy days.0
