Where are my Tastecard+ Cinema Codes

I bought Tastecard+ cinema codes 2 weeks ago for me and kids, I never received the email in time, so just ended up buying tickets at normal price at the cinema. I forgot all about it, and never contacted them. I have tried to contact them today, but their customer services ar closed Sat's. Anyone know another way to access the codes? I have gone into my Tastecard+ account, but there is no "purchase history" option to check if they are there. Annoying I have paid for them, and not able to use them, don't want to pay full price again today....
