    They did this offer around Black Friday too, I managed to get a few of them.

    Can't complain at all for the price, worth stockpiling a few for birthday gifts!!

    I found a review site which suggests it's not some weird special offer, this firm imports the watches from China, bought wholesale for less than the postage fee, and the watches can be found on Chinese sites like Aliexpress even cheaper than this.

    That's interesting, I guess for £7.99 I'm happy paying a slight premium for the comfort of UK customer service over somewhere like AliExpress which doesn't let you use Paypal either.
