Official MoneySavingExpert.com insert:

Clothesforcash has asked us to make some clarifications:

Our sacks now do not contain/show a line to which to fill to! We now use City Link National couriers to provide independent 3rd party confirmation of clothing weights to ALL our customers. Finally, we do not charge for any form of clothing return to customers and even the amount we pay per kilogram of clothing is now
different.

Back to the original post....

clothesforcash.com is a con. They collected my clothes and then refused to pay me any money for them they said i hadnt filled my sack to the line which i had!

You cant prove it its all on their side. Their depot is so far away and they know you cant do anything?

They even had the cheek to ask me for £20.00 if i wanted them back.

What a con dont bother. Give your old clothes to a friend or a sell them at a car boot etc not worth it? They steal clothes.

I wanted to warn people.

Clothesfor cash, are you terms and conditions then as simple as the ones on here where the rules are on a simple click at the top of the forum? Only you appear to have either msised them or chosen to ignore them as you are not allowed to post as a company without permission.

So, you take someones clothes and say it is their own fault because they do not understand the T and Cs and then completely fail to read those on this site when you attempt to defend yourself.

Hmm, I find that extremely amusing :rotfl:

was going to say the same thing, you haven't complied with the MSE forums terms and conditions either, Pay her the money she is owed and stop being a scam or you will end up on Watchdog's wall of shame.

Red Devil have you contacted your local trading standards team to see if they investigate?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Ok, so the company still took the clothes even though they were obviously contravening your own T and C's. laughable and so wrong!

Don't read t and C's at your peril but hey, super duper clothes for cash, you have done your self no favours by posting like you did on here.
