    Izzy simple truffles
    20 digestive biscuits
    125 g butter
    200g condensed mik
    2 TBS cocoa
    125 g coconut
    Chocolate strands for rolling

    Crush biscuits melt butter with condensed milk let cool slightly then mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and roll in strands. Or coconut

    If you don't want coconut add more biscuits. Add any flavours or coatings that you like .

    Prefer no coconut and to use chocolate digestives. Cheaper to roll in coconut if you're giving them away or coffee morning etc though ;)

    As a kid we put the biscuits in a tea towel and battered them with a rolling pin. I prefer them blitzed in a processor now as i like them smoother.
