First update already... Doesn't time fly?
Mortgage: -£31,246.39
Tax: -£616.53
Cash: £43,069.43
S&S: £8,250.58
MN+: £19,457.09
We need to increase that MN+ number by an average of nearly £3,800 per quarterly update if we are to hit our target of mortgage neutral +60k by the end of the challenge. We're off to a good start having increased it by £4,724.01 this first quarter I doubt it will always be such smooth sailing though!0 -
no 12 updated with a £4300 reduction in the first quarter and a balance of £122700 left.
Target is to reduce by £3333.33 per quarter so a very good start0 -
Hi number 49 here. Managed to meet my target. I am including some of my savings in the reduction as it is earmarked for mortgage overpayment in a year's time when the savings interest rate drops from 6% on my regular saver account. I only pay about £4 interest per day as mortgage rate is 2.34%. Looking forward to seeing everyones results. Good luckBlitz that mortgage
