  • My mortgage is currently £16,112.49 and will be paying my monthly mortgage amount of £738.11 next week. Later in the month, when it is more affordable, I will add my overpayment. I can't wait to see how much I owe once the payments are in for the month of October.

Balance at £52200 so believe I will still be green.....getting ahead while I can as I think next year may need another budget squeeze

This is what you said so very well done. I wish you lots of luck buying your new home. I will be delighted when I have paid off my mortgage. This will hopefully be in May next year.

Form submitted - over half-way there (although the pace is much slower now - had some easy wins at the start!).

Well done GMAT! How awesome to be mortgage-free. Keep going everyone else!

Thank you. It's quite daunting to be taking on another mortgage so soon but it's an opporrunity that I do not wish to miss. Couple of months and then start again with the biggest mortgage I have ever had.
