am thinking of moving from bulb to Utilita
does anyone know the difference between the Smart E7 and the Premium E7
I,m assuming the smart e7 is for a smart meter and the other is just keeping your old meter
or am I wrong? and utilita is a smart meter company only?
id like to keep my old meter if poss rather than messing around with smart meters and changing them every time I switch

Utilita explain it here https://utilita.co.uk/help/topic/tariffs-explained.
They are not just a smart meter supplier. That is not allowed. You do not have to accept their smart meter.
They use , I believe , the only smart Eco 7 meters in the UK, that is the Secure Liberty smart meters but they must accept your old dumb Eco 7 meter if you prefer it.0
