Getting tough with Interactive Investor

I am fed up with this company and wonder if the only way to get through to them is through a more robust approach.

I am thinking of PR

I am thinking of sheareholder action at AGMs

I am thinking of writing to Directors at their home addresses and emails.

I don't tweet or facebook - but have heard this kind of campaigning is effective. Anyone good at this stuff?

Has anyone else been contacted by PM by a freelance journalist as I have been?

I am in campaigning mood - any help or ideas welcome either publicly or by PM

  • I hope a financial newspaper/website writes an article about their diabolical customer service.

    I've wasted so much time of my life chasing them for errors so hoping dearly that I won't have the same nightmare when transferring out.
