    I kind of am and kind of not...I am at my sister in laws today trying to sort out her accounts for her....trying to teach her how to use transact and do her own vat returns.....might be quite traumatic. She only learnt how to switch a computer on a couple of months ago.....

    I can log on and offline though (she won't shout at me!) and I will be on my mobile if you want to call me....will pm you the number..
