Car finance 0% when it is not 0%

    A cash price £1k less than 0% finance price..!!! Definitely not legal. One of the major sofa companies used to do this and TS got involved.

    Quite simply if they offer a lower price for cash then they can't legitimately claim to offer free finance because it's not free

    Of course, there's always the "Oh, umm, what's the first excuse can we think of?" possibility, when challenged over why it was advertised elsewhere for a lower price than had just been agreed.

    What have you got in writing? Only being able to claim that a salesman said something is very little evidence to work with.
