I've not been given the wink.

The application form takes around three hours to complete and then another interview is 90 minutes which is a big commitment to not secure and job.

If they've interviewed you once they won't want to waste another 90 mins interviewing you again if they don't think you're well suited to the role. I mean, there's always a chance someone else will be even better, but they won't be telling you to re-apply just for laughs - not worth their time!

    4.5 hours, a big commitment?

Not at all, if it's positive?

I'm all for reapplying but am I the only one to think that this could be a complete waste of time with no role at the end of it?

Worth the time and effort surely?

Unless you don't really want a/the job?
  • Shaz I'll agree with you if I may, having now seen how quick companies can change their minds despite posting vacancies al mass etc or be that scary with handling application details they can be talking to anyone, either that or they probably have no-one else lined up! oooh everyone given the same message! surely not, regardless who knows.

Can you see the 'Confused regarding job title' thread coming - next!
