I'm only half in as I'm likely to make more mess organising myself to go away with my brother. Not that there's much you can pack in one motorcycle pannier anyway - trainers, kindle, change of undies, toothbrush and contact lenses............er that's about it really.

    My list:
    * at uni work 11-4pm tomorrow
*one tiny addition to latest report which just had the all-clear from client, so need to print, sign and post
*far too many 'flagged' emails to deal with. Need to at least go through and see which ones are essential.
*cancel milk as Mr N won't need much if I'm not here.
*put away anything in the house that is mine and isn't coming away with me.
*get greenhouse and veg garden so as much as possible is outside and weeded, so I don't need to give Mr N too many instructions.
    *pack/gather together documents

    That'll do for a start.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

Sophie - a warm welcome to the thread and I'm sure you'll find it very helpful and supportive.

FBO - good to see you back, belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY and HUGE congrats

If it's gone I've done it or I don't have one

    Happy Monday: Kitchen

Remove floor gubbins. Yes, you, that pile over by the door. Does it live there? I think not!
Now do the same with the unnecessary worktop clutter! There you go! Well done!
Give the work tops and cupboard fronts your attention (with a cloth, don't flutter your eyelashes at them ;))
Shine your sink, flylady basics :)
Splash backs and greasy tiles? Yep, swishy there too!
Pop the bin and doormat outside, then sweep and mop your floor
    Wipe over the small appliances

    Wipe over your big appliances

Healing and gw vibes for all recovering peoples (and animals) and ((hugs)) all round.

Hope you all have a marvellous Monday

Thank you bossymoo. And happy birthday FOB.

Today we celebrated DGD birthday and Mr P's too. We have sister in law and family staying until Friday.

I have resolved to do my utmost to complete at least level 2. Maybe with help from Mr P and DSs. I need to keep some spoons available to babysit while DD is out at guides(as a leader). My son's are 25 and 26 so they should be pulling their weight by now. They have always done a lot to help.

My second resolution is to try to get some exercise outside of the house. Maybe a gentle stroll at the gym.

Did this yesterday, just had to hoover and wash the kitchen floor, it was dreadful.

Well done FBO, sounds like a real achievement.

I am feeling a bit down at the minute. I bumped into an old friend yesterday and that didnt help. It made me realise how much my life has changed since DS has become ill.

Anyhow, I am not dwelling on things. I need to keep busy and focus on things that need to be done, and there is plenty of that! Paid stuff today, some jobs to do in town and the gym later.

Oh and the sun is shining!

    Morning all
    Belated birthday wishes for FBO
Welcome to all the new and returning flyladies
Hope all are well, special supporting and coping vibes and hugs to those who need them.
Going to try and offload a few things this morning so a walk down to the school is first on the list once I've got DS2 packed off down there.
Will pop Mils on way back and refill the gardening waste bin.
Hope everyone has as good a day as possible.
