1/16 it was a good start, overnight oats and soup. Tomorrow I have overnight oats for breakfast and jacket potato with beans for lunch. My coffee flask is ready to be filled and I have coffee/milk sachets in my bag ready.Taking on the world one debt at a time!!!

I’m all prepared for tomorrow. I’ve set out a meal plan as well and I intend on cooking more than needed for dinner so I have something different to take to work the next day. That should make things a bit more exciting at least.

Haha no, luckily I had a packet of microwave rice to chuck in.
Day 5 for me today & have done freezer roulette again, but I'm 99% certain it is Bolagnaise.

I usually do take a pack up, but I'm up for the challange as I've been slipping!
2 days office bound last week - HM soup then UFO for second day, which turned out to be veggie chilli.
Next week at least 4 days in office, so will be soup, mackerel with salad, sandwich, noodle salad, more soup!
