  • 1/16 it was a good start, overnight oats and soup. Tomorrow I have overnight oats for breakfast and jacket potato with beans for lunch. My coffee flask is ready to be filled and I have coffee/milk sachets in my bag ready.

I'm in. Would appreciate any veggie ideas
  • Thank you Purple.

I’m all prepared for tomorrow. I’ve set out a meal plan as well and I intend on cooking more than needed for dinner so I have something different to take to work the next day. That should make things a bit more exciting at least.

Monday lunch - pesto pasta salad, two tangerines, chopped apple, strawberries, cherries and chocolate cereal bar.

Just hope you didn't do pasta with it? I did that once to DH, I was convinced that the 'bolognaise' was just that and he cooked it up and did pasta too.....turns out it was chilli :rotfl: :rotfl:

Haha no, luckily I had a packet of microwave rice to chuck in.

Day 5 for me today & have done freezer roulette again, but I'm 99% certain it is Bolagnaise.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

I usually do take a pack up, but I'm up for the challange as I've been slipping!
2 days office bound last week - HM soup then UFO for second day, which turned out to be veggie chilli.

Next week at least 4 days in office, so will be soup, mackerel with salad, sandwich, noodle salad, more soup!

    Hi Datchet,

Let me know how many days you want me to put you down for.

It makes a lovely filling dinner, especially for a Monday.
