first picture refers to a period of 01/10/2008 to 24/02/2016 , can you explain the 2008 , as you said you took out the first loan in 2012?Save a Rachael

I did wonder that myself but I only got the loan on 31/01/2012. Perhaps 2008 is the year they started trading

The HMRC debt comes first, IMHO. You really don't want to mess with HMRC.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

Considering that this company probably bought the debt for less than £10, make them an offer of £150.
Tell them that you are making the same offer to all the other companies to whom you owe money, and if they don't accept it, then you will seek either bankruptcy or a Debt Relief Order (http://www.stepchange.org/Howwecanhelpyou/DRODebtrelieforder.aspx) in which case they will receive a big fat zero.
Do it in writing, not the phone."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
I have contacted opos by letter (with proof of postage) requesting the initial contract and notice of assignment on 23/4/2016 and have yet to receive a response however they did attempt to call me again yesterday.
Could someone please advise what my next step would be.
Thanks0 -
Wait now until you receive something back from this crowd, and post it here like you did previously with any sensitive info blanked out and the guys here will advise further.
Don't speak to them on the phone if they call you, all correspondence is to be in writing only from now on.
You will feel less pressured this way0
