Would you buy a pack of 9 or 10 for same price??

Well snickers are in packs of 9 or 10, both cost £1.99 however the 10 pack weighs 350gms and the 9 pack weighs 375gms.
All the writing on the front of the packs give no indication that the 10 pack is for smaller bars!

    Hi,

if they're for throwing at the kids get the ten pack, if for human consumption, get the nine pack.

Buy both and then weigh them without the wrappers!

    well,

    10 @ 350g = 35g

    9 @ 375g = 41.66g,

is that naked or with wrapper?

I'm not sure whether this is a praise, vent or warning (as written it doesn't seem to be any of them), but given that this is MSE the obvious answer is to buy the 9 pack unless you have a need for 10 bars and buying the 9 pack plus a single extra bar would result in a higher cost per gram.

The new way of confusing customers. Twix bars come in 3 sizes weighing 20, 23 and 25 grammes.

Its annoying sometimes, especially when they have the item on "offer" you think your getting it cheaper but then find the items are smaller.

Bought 4 pack chocolate bars from ASDA and Sainsbury's, ordered some stuff from Amazon which is Morrisons and the bars were quoted as being on offer @85p but the bars were smaller.
