    I've been told to place the order and then when I get the despatch e-mail next week give them a call on 0800 096 1055 and they'll refund the delivery charge.

    I'd rather they just sorted the problem with their website out, really. Surely, if they have 'Free Delivery' advertised across their site, they should ensure that the offer works rather than expect people to call and get it refunded at a later date.

    I even made a special journey to my nearest Superdrug store - who didn't have any in stock. They told me it was a Christmas line !

    Yep, got the order but not the free postage, so when the email arrives, will make the call. :mad:
    Either way, MSE have again provided me with stomping top kick girlie Christmas presents - emphatically not my specialist subject, although after all the help I had with the BodyShop groupon my sisters' expectations have been ramped up somewhat... :beer:
