Thomas Cook Compensation

Hi I wonder if any one can help, we used the template letter to claim for a tech delay which occured last year, I have just received an email from Thomas Cook with a voucher attached to use with Thomas Cook, is this correct or should it be a cash settlement?

Put vouchers in search, if you had read this thread you would see this has been covered dozens of times.

Hi can you give more details of the cause of delay, I have has a similar claim but they refuse to pay any compensation.
