I have looked in my house for 10 years I bought the house divorce money from a previous marriage house bAnd all paperwork i.e. mortgage deeds I’m my name only, I’m married seven years ago and have now split up with my husband be in titled to half the house I have two children who are in full time education

You'll need to come to a financial settlement. Seek advice from a family solicitor.

Not I but " we have 2 children who are at school "
You need to speak to a family solicitor unless your EX is happy to walk away.
Equity in the family home, savings , pensions, income, age of the children
All these factors would be taken into account
