NSD 3/15 (I transferred money from checking account to pension plan, so it's still 'mine' even though I can't get at it for some time)
    Lunch 2/16
Travel/exercise cycled dds to school, will have walk around the office block in 20 minutes. I had no walk at all yesterday, due to a million-euro project that needed to be finished. I could not say 'I'm having my lunch, you guys figure it out' and loose the company the deal, could I?
Good deed comforting a colleague who broke up with her longterm bf
Cold/flu medication we need thyme syrup and nasal spray, which I will buy when I'm in the Netherlands first week of November (half term). We have plenty of tissues, due to a voucher for a whole pack (= 18 smaller packets) two months ago.
Extra cash 250g ground dessert coffee, eco, frre with voucher €2,79 (£2.45)
    Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.59

    Hi fellow turtles.:j

Just when I was on a roll decided to buy some potatoes, onions (so cheap in home bargains) and scones(oops) today so massive spend of 1.99 in total.:( However got 5.00 back from Halifax act so still winning.:T

Torn my medial collateral ligament in my knee - explains pain at the weekend. Have to rest which is horrid, enjoy my daily walk up hill. Happy dance on one leg it is.:p

Today i will get out in the fresh air in my front garden as ivy as taken hold on the bottom of my house. Hard to get off, Mothernerd its a nightmare job.:(

Will look into my chemist shelf - just tend to have hot lemon and ginger with colds. Probably need to update whatever else is there. Plasters needed.

Not planning to spend rest of the week, cooking a chicken later so will be dragging that out in some shape or form.

    Have a a good day folks x

NSD today. Will make the left over roast chicken from Sunday into a pie today and add some of the leaks from the garden. Didn't really grow that well so they're more like mini-veg.

No gym again today as we went and taught two science classes in a school over lunch. Maybe tomorrow.

Ebay items going well. Had two pairs of DD's boots listed (great condition) and started them at 99p as I didn't realise all listings are free this month. Didn't get any bids just some watchers. Most other boot like that start at £3. So I thought ok, be cheeky and put the price up to £2.99 each. Got two bids instantly. Wonder if the potential buyers thought sth is wrong with them because of the low starting price. Two other items with bids too.

Not sure if you've already taken it off. But to avoid damaging the house and make it easier, cut through the main stem first and let it die first a bit. That way it loosens its grip on the masonry.

Thanks Thrifty - great tip -will do that later and leave it few days. Need to go and finish cleaning a property for work so get that out of the way instead.

    Good afternoon Turtles,

NSD #2 yesterday and on track for my third today.

Last night during the hour my GF and I were stranded with no petrol, I explained to her about this challenge and we will compete against each other. Checking in with each other at the end of the night to see who spent and who didn't. She's new to the MSE thing so I'll break her in gently.

[QUOTE=mothernerd;71397631x_raphael_xx Sleeping like a champion ferret (snuggling under the blankets is also being in touch with your inner ferret. We are both on 3 NSDs.[/QUOTE]
Victory dance today as I managed a whole shift in work today. Felt rough as rats, but I did it! Hit my bed as soon as I got home.
NSD no 4 today too, and BF suggested a takeaway for tea, I was tempted, until I remembered I was a ferret!
    Victory wiggles all round :j

Hi everyone, had a good day today, no money spent, Dgd has been looked after, fruit and veggies has been upped and I've been walking as well as digging so feel positive.
I was going to put my usual amount in the food bank trolley at the local sm the other day but at the last moment changed my mind and gave pet food instead to a local charity.
I have helped out my eldest dd doing some clearing at her house, which will be an on going project(it's outside stuff)
That's about it really, I will be at the lottie tomorrow as I'm getting some help with some heavy lifting and then doing another menu plan from the freezer and cupboard. I've hardly spent so far so I'm really pleased.
