I Have spoke to a number of companies recently about writing off my loans and credit cards because of breaches within the agreements which go against the consumer credit act. Has any one else any experience with this?Or more importantly has anyone had a card or loan successfully written off?

I would suggest consumeractiongroup for DIY or find a company that offers a free check (nothing to stop you going directly to your lender afterwards) see
