Bob, if this doesn't clear up soon, you ought to see your GP (easier said than done, I know ) This is what I do if I forget to take my inhaler at night.
Dawn sorry to hear you experience that on a regular basis. I am not asthmatic, so thankful for that. I hadnt really thought about seeing the GP. Just that its an annoying issue. Thanks for reminding me about self care.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »Congratulations Bob on your record breaking month! :j It's all fantastic news - just sorry you're having bother with non payers - people never cease to amaze me at how rude they can be.
If it continues like this you won't be hand to mouth much longer x
You are right Cat I think if I could get two good months in a row, that would be enough to tip it over to the positive. But lets not talk too loudly!:DEager_Elephant wrote: »You are doing really well Bob.
I know you come on here and moan sometimes but on the whole you manage to remain so positive.
Don't forget that not everyone gets paid at the end of the month - I am contracted out from my company to a Local Authority and they get paid around 15th of each month. It always surprises me when they talk about wages mid-month as I have always been monthly paid at the end of each month and DH the same (or in one job was weekly)
Plus of course there are the 4 weekly paid - who knows when their money is due:rotfl:
I think you can achieve £3k this month:T
EE thank you for that boost! And for the insight. I had always assumed most people got paid from the 25th to the 1st. It certainly has tied up with spikes in payment. Food for thought indeed:T" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

:rotfl: Yes both DH & I are paid 4 weekly and it's a total pain as most bills are monthly. It means our current account looks ok half the year & a total mess the other half. :eek:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Yep, we have to have an overdraft or bills wouldn't get paid. Have tried spreading them out over the month but there's always a bit of a shortfall as our paydays move so often.
It worked out quite well when I was paid 4 weekly & DH monthly but then he changed job.:cool:Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £14,073, Car loan 2 £16,000, 0% CC1 £195. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -

Hi Bob
Regarding the night time cough. Apparently it's quite common to get a drip down the throat from the back of the nose due to lying down, usually allergy / sensitivity related. Might be worth trying an OTC antihistamine before bed to see if that does the trick (I know quite a few people this has worked for).
Well done on the record breaking month0 -
