Complaining about insurance

I want to complain about insurance but do I complain the the broker or go direct to the firm? A loss adjuster has advised the broker not to indemnify a claim.

    Complain to the insurer. Their complaints procedure will be set out in the policy docs.

    It depends on the root of the problem. Complain about the company who's service you have a problem with. If its a third party company you are complaining about then its the company that appointed the other company
