    Thanks for the tip re Aldi ....i tend to buy quavers in bulk when they're on offer but will try Aldi's as I want to try their light bars as an alternative to the hifi bars.

    Currently cwtching the dog whose still feeling sorry for himself but slowly he's recovering......just have to break it to him now that treats are limited to the weekend and even then they will be limited in amount!

    Well done missteach . I'm guessing that it's all about catch up. Good and bad catches up IMO. So your good weeks have caught up eventually. You might be able to avoid the McDs and booze catching up if you're very good this coming week. Good Luck. :D

    I have been a very naughty girl today :p Had a 99, 2 cream buns and a couple packets of sweets. Pretty sure I've undone the 4lbs I lost last week. At least by this time tommorow I'll be joined up to group. Hopefully having to pay each week will motivate me to stay on plan...until my holiday at least!

    If it wasn't for Saturday being a complete write off due to the alcohol, I might agree but NOTHING is worth the hangover I had last weekend! I was still feeling sick on Monday morning!

    Thanks maman! I'm hoping so too, unfortunately my husband gets back from a business trip tomorrow night and I already know he'll want to go out at the weekend as we've not seen each other all week! Have nothing else planned though so hopefully can minimise damage!

    You need to plan a little shopping trip to a specialist shop..... let him know your intentions, he will not want to go out and if he did he won't have the energy!

    So OH is eating skinny popcorn.

    I ask for one.

    He tells me to run up and down the stairs twice for one piece.

    I don't like popcorn that much!!

    Really sorry Kathrynha, I completely forgot to post my weigh in.

    After a weekend of excess alcohol..... I lost just 1/2 lb

    I am now 1 pound from my final target.

    I am totally focused this week... nothing but food optimising. 5-15 syns...... NO ALCOHOL !!!

    :D:D:DWeight loss so far 5 stone 8 lbs
