lidl bread flour

lidl by me had there bread flour down to 50p as recommended by other posters have put it in my freezer to stay fresh and deter mice and weevils ..
i think this is one of the best budget strong white flours gives consistently good results in panasonic and hand baked bread have tried asda own and Mr T but have been disappointed with them , and their price hikes too hope this helps someone

I have looked at Lidl bread flour and it has additives, all a bread flour should contain is Flour.
I never freeze flour, if used often you should not have a storage problem.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
I saw this and got a few bags in yesterday. Its very good flour and IMO one of the best for breadSave £12k in 2012 no.49 £10,250/£12,000

Yep, we really rate this flour too. In fact that has reminded me that I need to get some more!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
