I sent F&F's off on 19 June. I've had two rejections that I've counter offered on but today I got an acceptance
First direct/HSBC accepted a 40% off - original debt £391 and they have accepted £156 and payment to be received within 28 days. All in writing with my report to be partially satisfied and no one else to pursue debt

That' a 40% settlement, which I think is good, especially as it's still with the original creditor0
