Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. All entries will automatically become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned. 5. The holiday consists of a 7-nights motorhome hire courtesy of Bailey of Bristol and a 7 night campsite courtesy Min-y-Mon Holiday Park in Harlech.
6. The motorhome break can be taken between 1st June 2017 and 20th September 2017 inclusive, subject to availability. Gas and chemical toilet supplied. The motorhome will contain a kettle, cutlery and crockery only. The prize does not include fuel, food or bedding which must be provided by the winner.
7. The Bailey motorhome is for up to a maximum of six people. The motorhome will be one of the following (subject to availability, winner requirements and driving license status):
• 6 berth Autograph 79-6 (4250kg chassis - B+E license required)
• 6 berth Advance 665 (3500kg – standard driving license)
• 2 berth Advance 615 (3500kg – standard driving license)
8. The prize is subject to availability and may change at any time without prior notice.
9. The motorhome cannot be taken outside the UK mainland and cannot be driven on non-tarmac roads. The named driver must be aged between 25-70 and hold a full, current UK driving license for more than 2 years.
10. The prize will be subject to the status of the named driver’s driving license. If the named driver has points on their license that were acquired within the last three years, a charge may apply. Ability to claim the prize will be
dependent on whether the named driver has any disqualifications or penalty fines and the severity and time span of these. A driver with the following code convictions AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, IN, LC, MS, UT, MR and TT or any driver disqualification will not be eligible to be the named driver.
11. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 17:00 hours on 26th February 2017.
