Are the 0300 numbers considered as 01, 02 numbers?
Want to call DVLA and the 44 (0)1792 786 369 doesn't work.
On the UK CallChecker from this site, the 03 numbers don't come to any category.....
What is the best way to call the number?
Thank you.
