    Assuming you want it the same depth, you need 20% more mixture.

    That'll make it slightly thiner - 25% more mixture is closer ;)

    You don't need to :D Just square 9 and compare it to the square of 10, which is near enough 25% more. Pi drops out from each calculation, so can be ignored :T

    Hi I need a fruit cake recipe with the quantities for a 12" x 4 " round but can only find 10x3 square, any help greatly appreciated.

    I have one, it just says 12" though, not 12" by 4". I'll just write out the recipe, it'll take me a few minutes...
